Push Shopify "Cost per item" data into "cost_of_goods_sold" field#77

For Google to properly calculate the margins of products, the Google Feed needs to include the cost_of_goods_sold - see https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/9017895?hl=en

When this is filled with a price (cost per item) for single items and variants, this price should be pushed into the Cost of goods sold field in Adnabu, which is not the case at the moment. So every item needs to be manually updated with the COGS in the Nabu for Google Feed interface.
